well my question is not really icon related but i think it's very important vor every beginner...
i'd like to know how to make tables for tuts like this .
i don't want do steal their table style but i'm not that good at coding so i wondered if anybody could help me a bit...
so is there a good table generator ( except of bauble which i can only use for icon posts) ?
Many thanks in advance for your help (:

So I've been using basically every type of the Herbal Essences conditioners that smell really good. I guess they are new, I don't know. I normally used to use whatever my younger sister had bought, but then I've only just started using conditioner (I never trusted the stuff). So maybe its been around forever. The only one I don't use is the Dangerously Straight stuff because I've got short hair, but I must express my disappointment as that is my favorite, favorite scent. I like how Hello Hydration feels but I cannot stand the smell of coconut and my favorite thing about this stuff is how the smell lingers in your hair forever (and as a smoker, I like that my hair smells good after a long day of abuse).

Right now I am using Body Envy, and I just bought the shampoo. Now, up until now, my go-to shampoo that I loved (because it ALSO smelled good) was Aveda's Madder Root shampoo. Guh, love it. But I just got my hair did and I didn't want to change anything about the color because I like the silky dark red it is right now. Madder Root would brighten it too much.

This morning, as I shampooed, I realised -- bah! -- I didn't know if Herbal Essence is color safe! I have demi-permanent color in my hair right now so I am well aware that part of the package is that it will fade, but now I'm worried it'll fade even faster with this stuff. Nothing on the website (that I saw) or on the bottle said if it was color safe. And I didn't like how the Herbal Essences Color Me Happy made my hair feel. I still felt dry after it.

Am I safe? Should I worry? I'll go back to using my Wella Color Preserving Repair but I never felt like my hair was very hydrated afterwards and I like my hair to be soft and smooth.

(I know, totally link heavy, but I like people to know what I am talking about and if anyone is like me, I only know what someone is talking about if I know what the bottle looks like. Names are for weenies and losers! and people able to remember simple things :()

On the up side, a MAC make up counter just opened up in a mall two minutes from my house, and that means that to FINALLY try MAC I don't have to drive two and a half hours! You can call me Extremely Excited.

for those of you who have used aussie deeeeeep 3 minute miracle treatment, how do you use it? Because usually in the shower I apply conditioner first thing and let it sit forever before shampooing right before I get out, so it all sinks in. But you're supposed to do that with THIS. So is this essentially in place of conditioner? Or is it just a few-times-a-week thing? Should I shampoo, condition, and THEN put it on my hair to sink in? Halp!

(from just using it today, it smells and feels wonderful in the shower, but I haven't yet made a descision on whether it's improved my hair yet, so we'll see!)

eye makeup help? mineral powder? [Wednesday, Jul 9th 2008 at 12:44 am]

beauty101

[mich_ish]
i have a hard time choosing eyeshadows and how and where to apply them. i generally just curl and mascara my lashes, which bring out my eyes a little bit, but i want a little something natural that will emphasize them more. i'm going on a short trip soon and my friends and i will be going out at night, so i'd like to learn about what can make me look hot on the town, without being too flashy or heavy. i'm self-conscious when i wear makeup that i think is a little "too heavy" because i don't wear it often and i feel like i look like a prostitute, haha.

tips on how to apply and what kind of subtle colours would be nice on me. here's a pic! it's webcam, so not great quality, but i think it does the job. my skin is kind of golden, almost olive, but not really. i look tan in the winter compared to most pale people.

me! )

if i go to work and want to look older, i'll put on my stila black cream liner for a bit of a cat eye effect. i like this, but i don't feel i could wear it everyday casually. so i wonder if a grey or brown pencil liner would do the trick if i wanted something of a liner on more casual days. what do you think?

i also have a question about mineral powders. i've been using physicians formula pressed powder but i dropped it and it shattered :( so i'm looking for a new one. that one was pretty good, but i'm wondering if i should try something new? and what's the difference between pressed and loose powder? which would be better? i'm on a bit of a budget so i think a maximum of about $30-$40 dollars for good powder is reasonable.

thanks in advance! and sorry if my questions were all scattered... :P

While in Korea, my sister-in-law bought me two tubes of hair reconstructor.

I got home and wanted to use it, so I asked my husband to translate the bottle for me. He said I should soak my hair in very hot water, put the reconstructor in and wrap a towel around it. I think he was very uninterested in reading haircare products to me, so..

What? Is that right? How do you use reconstructor?
